→ Access Car: Car will be unlocked or will unlock remotely. Keys and exit ticket will be in the glovebox.
Photos Required:

→ License plate selfie (you holding your license by the plate)
→ Upload Photos: Add them to the Messages section in the app.

→ Access Car: Car will be unlocked or will unlock remotely. Keys and will be in an envelope in the glovebox.
Photos Required:

Locating Car at Turo Designated Curb
→ Message Upon Landing: Send us a message in the app when your airplane lands and share your location. This helps us bring the car to you quickly.
→ Arrival at Baggage Claim: After collecting your luggage, message us again and start walking down the skywalk.
→ Follow Signs: Follow Rental Car Counter signs. Walk past the rental counters, take the escalator down to the rental floor. Turn right at the bottom and walk straight west to the Turo designated curb.
→ Meet Host & Inspect Car: Your host will be there to give you the keys and inspect the car with you. You are welcome to take your own pictures as well.
→ Car Already Photographed: We will have already taken pictures of the vehicle and odometer for efficiency.

Please upload a copy of your license & Insurance card in the App as soon as possible. On the driver’s side window, you will see a lock box. The code for this lock box will be messaged to you when you upload your license.
When you arrive at the car, please take a picture of you standing by the license plate. Also, take a picture of your driver’s license in your hand with your face and the car license plate showing in the picture. Also, take pictures of the odometer and the gas gauge. Upload all of these pictures under trip photos in the App. This allows both of us to qualify for insurance.

→ Leave Car Unlocked: Place the keys in the glovebox. (Only 1 key set available—please don’t lose them.)
→ Parking Ticket: Leave the parking ticket in the glovebox.
