Senior Detailers and Drivers create the client’s first impression of the company & are a crucial part of our organization to allow us to fulfill our mission.

Your daily task will include preparing cars for rentals, cleaning and detailing cars on a schedule, dropping cars off to clients, filling out forms, going to various auto shops, checking in cars after rentals, and other similar tasks. Our culture is energetic, driven, and friendly. We collaborate and help each other grow and succeed (A Rising Tide Raises All Ships).

All the materials, scheduling, and systems are pre-built and you will receive daily, training to master them and continuously fine-tune your skills.

Golden Luxury Auto’s senior detailers are to focus entirely on client experience and making sure each rental is ready to go. Our detailers are the face of the company many times.

In that, senior detailers are expected to, for lack of a better word, hustle.

We expect our detailers to work as long and as hard as it takes to meet their goals and finish each task they start.

Requirements

  • The most important requirement to us is mindset & drive — you hold yourself accountable to the highest standards of performance and are resilient in the face of failure or rejection.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English.
  • Self-starter — you are comfortable working alone, managing your schedule and meeting deadlines without direct supervision. You are your own boss in many ways.
  • Have a valid drivers license and car insurance.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills under ever-changing schedules.
  • Creative – you find yourself coming up with new creative ideas.
  • Coachable — you are excited to participate in ongoing training and constantly push yourself to get better and better.
  • Team player — you are able to collaborate with a small team, ask for help when needed, and complete tasks as required.
  • Proactive — you strive to get ahead of a problem or start a conversation, instead of waiting for the right time or opportunity to come to you.

3K - 7K/month

OTE paid weekly A pre-agreed hourly pay will be paid and will be increased over time with the company and who well of a job our detailers do. There will also be bonus incentives to hit each month and ways to earn more money than your base pay.

Your daily task will include schedule appointments, calling current clients, dropping cars off to clients, filling out forms, going to various auto shops, checking in cars after rentals, and other similar tasks.

Sales Representative

Full & Part-time

Senior consultants create the client’s first impression of the company & drive sales for the organization to allow us to fulfill our mission.

Paid traffic is done entirely by the marketing department, however senior consultants are responsible for qualifying, following-up with, and demonstrating the product to the lead with the goal of ultimately turning them into a client if they are a good fit for our program as well as booking their own appointments during down time. Though, most appointments will be inbound and set into your daily calendar.

In the initial week or 2, we will train you and you will be required to prove yourself if you are applying for our sales position. The appointment setting position will get the luxury of setting appointments with warm inbound leads immediately.

Golden Luxury Auto’s senior consultants are not expected to maintain relationships with new clients once closed; their focus is entirely on generating new revenue through the door. In that, sales senior consultants are expected to, for lack of a better word, hustle.

We expect our consultants to work as long and as hard as it takes to meet their projections/targets & coach our prospects on the best ways to grow their mortgage lending business.

  • Taking Introductory calls to qualify potential new clients.
  • Setting your own appointments with prospects at times.
  • Taking Demo calls to showcase the product and close new clients.
  • Respond to new leads and get them on a call.
  • Coaching the clients on how to get the best results from our program.
  • Providing ongoing feedback on lead quality to the marketing department.
  • Following up with leads from our pipeline in the past.
  • Miscellaneous tasks relating to client sales, as needed.
  • Training, call reviews, and role playing during set meetings with the team.

About Golden Luxury Auto

We are a car rental and management company based in Salt Lake City, Utah.

We have many different sides of our business but most of it is broken into 2 parts, our rentals, and our car management. Our rental side consists of renting cars out to our client who are flying into town and need a car to use while they are here. Our car management side is us taking on other people’s cars and renting them on their behalf and paying them the rental income as we manage it for them.
